App pre-release informationOperating contacts and Nanjing hosting are confirmed. The App remains in development; protections for minors, retention, international transfers and deletion need completion for release. This page does not establish submission readiness.

1. Initiate deletion in the App

  1. Open Chongda and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to “我的 → 账号与数据” (Profile → Account and data). To keep a copy first, choose “导出我的账号数据” (Export my account data) and save the file.
  3. Select “注销账号” (Delete account), read the notice and enter the Chinese confirmation text “注销”.
  4. Choose “确认注销账号” (Confirm account deletion). After success, sessions become invalid and the account loses access.
Deletion can be initiated in the App

This page provides instructions and does not submit a request for you. Uninstalling, signing out or sending ordinary feedback is not deletion. Ordinary users should not have to call, email or add a WeChat contact to initiate deletion.

2. What is currently removed

The experience version revokes sessions, removes account details, the user’s posts and related private records, clears identity-verification sessions, balances and transaction-related records, and cancels active participation registrations. The final scope needs verification against the release version.

3. What is currently retained

  • Some group messages remain with the sender labelled “Deleted account.” Their text may still contain personal information.
  • Minimal audit records and deletion markers remain. Their account identifiers are not verified irreversible anonymization.
  • Pet records already handed over to another user remain. Content independently posted by others is not automatically all removed when your account is deleted.
  • Exports, screenshots and copies saved independently by you or others cannot be retrieved through platform deletion.

Before release, each retention purpose, legal basis, scope and period must be determined. “Keeping the group conversation” is not by itself a legally required retention basis. Production retention and backup-removal periods: The development version has no fixed-period automatic data or backup purge yet. Account data remains in the service, with user deletion/export controls. Some group content and audits remain under current deletion logic. The production version must define and implement retention by purpose, necessity and applicable law. This notice is not permission for indefinite retention.

4. Current unfinished-flow restrictions

The experience version blocks deletion during unfinished hosted activities, animal placements and selected, trial-care or disputed adoption applications. You can review related records under “我的活动” (My activities) and “我的领养与送养” (My adoption and placement).

Needs adjustment or verification before submission

The deletion path should be direct and transparent. Ordinary business flows should not indefinitely prevent a request. Retaining legally required specific records differs from retaining the entire account. Website instructions do not change App behavior.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Production purchasing awaits configuration. If a future version offers Apple subscriptions, deletion does not automatically cancel renewal. Use Apple subscription management and Apple refund requests where applicable. An active subscription should not remove the option to delete an account immediately.

6. Unable to sign in or need help

If you cannot use the App’s deletion option, contact the privacy channel with an account identifier and your request. Verification should require only necessary information. Do not send passwords, codes or unsolicited identity/facial images. Support assists users and does not replace the in-app option.
