1. Respect people and cultural differences
Do not demean, exclude or harass people based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or language. Views about animals, families, names and daily life vary. Do not force your values on others. Communicate clearly and kindly; avoid insulting or ambiguous gestures, jokes and stereotypes.
2. Put animal welfare first
- No abuse, abandonment, dangerous challenges, forced performances or harm for entertainment. Respect stress signals and needs for rest, hygiene and space.
- Do not post graphic harm or encourage violence. Necessary rescue information should avoid distressing imagery, include appropriate warnings and protect people’s privacy.
- No unlawful breeding, smuggling, wildlife trade or illegal boarding/adoption transactions. Follow local animal-health, ownership and transport rules.
- Care experiences do not replace veterinary advice. Do not spread unverified remedies that may harm animals.
3. Privacy and content rights
Obtain appropriate permission before sharing identifiable photos of people, especially minors. Do not expose another person’s address, phone number, identity documents, health details, chat screenshots or live whereabouts. Remove visible door numbers, QR codes and other sensitive details.
Share original or licensed content. Clearly disclose advertising, material interests and substantially altered imagery. Do not impersonate people or misrepresent verification to gain trust.
4. Prohibited interactions and trading
Threats, stalking, bullying, sexual harassment, explicit sexual content, child sexual exploitation, scams, spam and unlawful trading are prohibited. Do not evade blocks or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to respond. For serious immediate danger, contact an appropriate local authority. A platform report is not emergency assistance.
5. Reporting, blocking and handling
- Choose “举报” (Report) from a post or relevant content menu. Select an accurate reason and explain the concern.
- Choose “拉黑” (Block) on a member’s profile. Manage it in “我的 → 黑名单” (Profile → Block list).
- Check available report-status records in Profile. For urgent risks or when the App is unavailable, contact support with relevant account/content identifiers and necessary details.
Operations may review risk, remove content or restrict accounts and should handle reports promptly. Feedback should be accessible across languages. The release version will publish response standards and operating arrangements. No unverified 24-hour guarantee is made.
6. Feedback and appeals
If you believe an action was mistaken, contact support with the content identifier, decision and reason. Do not publish private information or harass others to demand a reversal. Appeals should be handled using the evidence and applicable local requirements.
